Drone-Z

This theoretical class introduces participants to the rapidly developing application of drones in surveying and Civil Engineering. The session covers the fundamentals of drone technology, principles of aerial surveying, data acquisition, photogrammetry, mapping and generation of survey outputs. Participants will also learn about applications of drone surveying in topographic mapping, construction monitoring, land surveying and infrastructure development, providing an overview of how modern technology is transforming conventional surveying practices. Rules & Regulations 1.The workshop is open only to registered participants. 2.All drones, surveying equipment and other required materials will be provided by the organizers. 3.Participants must follow the instructions given by the trainers and organizers at all times. 4.Only authorized participants may operate the drone or surveying equipment. 5.Participants must not enter restricted or unsafe areas during the practical session. 6.The drone must be operated only under the supervision of the designated instructor. 7.Participants must not modify or interfere with the equipment without permission. 8.Safety instructions must be strictly followed throughout the workshop. 9.Participants are responsible for maintaining proper discipline during the practical session.
