The "Best Manager" competition evaluates core MBA management skills through a rigorous four-stage elimination process: analytical aptitude, group discussion, executive presentation, and a stress interview. These rounds directly mirror corporate demands, testing a student's data analysis, team leadership, stakeholder communication, and psychological resilience. Ultimately, it proves a candidate's readiness to navigate and lead in high-pressure business environments. Rules & Regulations: • Eligibility – Open to all UG &PG students. Only registered participants are allowed. Each participant must carry a valid college ID. • Individual Participation – No teams are permitted; all rounds are to be attempted individually. • Round-wise Elimination –Participants will be eliminated based on cumulative performance. • Punctuality – Late entry into any round will lead to disqualification. • Formal Attire – All participants are required to attend the event in appropriate formal attire. • Electronic Devices – Not allowed unless provided or specifically permitted by the organisers for a particular round. • Time Limits – Strictly enforced; exceeding allotted time will result in penalties. • Ethics – Plagiarism, malpractice, or unethical behaviour will result in immediate disqualification. • Laptop is not compulsory. • Decision Finality – Judges’ decisions are final and binding.
