RULES & REGULATIONS

1. The exhibition will be organized and conducted by the department.
2. Participants/visitors must maintain discipline and proper decorum throughout the exhibition.
3. All exhibits must be handled carefully, and participants/visitors must not touch or operate any exhibit without permission.
4. Participants/visitors must not damage, move or interfere with any display, equipment or arrangement.
5. The exhibition area must be kept clean and organized at all times.
6. Food and beverages are not permitted near the exhibits or equipment.
7. Participants/visitors must follow all safety instructions given by the organizers.
8. Any damage caused due to negligence or misconduct will be the responsibility of the person concerned.
9. The decision of the department/event coordinators regarding the exhibition will be final and binding.
