Hands-On Workshop: Intro to RAG and Docker (WORKSHOP)

This workshop provides a beginner-friendly introduction to two essential concepts in modern software development: connecting AI to custom data and packaging software for deployment. The session begins with an introduction to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), demystifying how developers enable AI models to read and reference specific external documents to generate accurate, context-aware answers.The second segment will introduce the fundamentals of Docker, explaining how containerization allows developers to package applications so they run reliably in any environment. Through simple analogies and core principles, participants will gain a practical understanding of how modern intelligent systems are built and managed.
